Inspired by Unique Forms of Continuity in Space 1913 by Roberto Boccioni.

Rusted metal structural walls idea (Inspired by Richard Serra’s work): The structures function as separation walls to avoid excessive sound propagation as well as building a strong connection with the poor and rustic Basseterre architectural heritage.

A renewal that involves a stronger and granter point of sale aiming to be innovative enough to be at the level of the magazines’ architectural publishing. To do so, the project involves an open space filled with two big metal cutting through the overall space creating smaller areas

Design of a Canopy by Hilton Reception & Lobby for a hotel located in a beachfront property in Basseterre, St Kitts. The space reflects the location and connect with the locals and be targeted to a 20-40 yo guest-type.

The hidden Basseterre, the one out of the holiday routes and destinations. The poorer but most truthful soul of Basseterre, St Kitts and the Caribbean Islands. The metal is ruined by the strong heat of the sun. The structures create, from time to time, a frame to what is “next”.

The inner essence of the place is ingrained into the design.

The selling point is the product itself, the reason why people visit the place is absorbed and highlighted by the design. The function of separation becomes part of the design. The selling point is the unrepeatable user experience producing a dramatic environment with the intention of highlighting a specific part of the space/surroundings.
